Wholesale soft play equipment is sewn, framed and trial-assembled in our own workshops, so a dealer can quote a full indoor venue or a single restaurant corner from one supplier. Details on each element are on the soft play equipment page.
Indoor structures are designed to ASTM F1918 for US venues and EN 1176 for EN markets. Trampoline courts and ninja courses for the same venue are drawn on the same floor plan, as set out on the indoor playground equipment page.

Outdoor structures use Ø114 mm galvanized steel posts with a 3.0 mm wall, 19 mm HDPE panels, 16 mm steel-core rope and 304 stainless tamper-resistant fasteners, designed to ASTM F1487 or EN 1176.

Component samples
The cost of samples is confirmed in the quotation. Samples use the same materials as production, so the post, panel and rope your client holds match the ones on their site.

Your project is registered the moment you send the first layout request, before a quotation, a sample or an order exists. It is the first step of the playground dealer program, and it takes three items.
The site plan, age groups, theme, budget range and required standard go in with the same request for the layout.
Who holds the registration
The project is filed under your dealer account. First registration has priority: if a second enquiry comes in for the same project, it is matched against the registration already on file, and the project stays with the dealer who registered it first.
The registration stays valid for the life of the project, from the first layout through production, shipping and replacement parts.
Your project manager deals with you and only you.
Your end client is never contacted, and their details stay confidential. Any factory visit or video call your client asks for is arranged through you.
Base drawings and site plans you send are used only for that project, as set out on our playground layout design page.
What protection covers · project-level
Each registered project is yours. You can register as many projects as you hold, in any market we ship to, and each gets its own file.
What it means later
Warranty requests, replacement parts and phase-two orders for that site are all filed under your registered project. When your client needs a spare part years after installation, the request comes to you and the part ships to you. The project file never passes to anyone else.
Public tenders
A public bid runs on its own rule: the files go to every bidder alike and the project is registered to the winning bidder after award. See the tender rule
Dealer-Branded FilesLayouts, Renders, Quotations and Compliance Documents
Every document your client sees can go out unbranded or under your brand, from the first layout. You choose when you register the project, and the choice applies to the whole file.
Scroll and the eight files turn to your brand one by one. The number on each tag stays where it is: it is the same number your project manager and your crew work from.

For tenders, editable specification text and a data sheet come with every item. Drawings come in DWG and PDF, in ft-in for US projects, mm for EN markets, or both.
Revised layouts come back after each round of comments, still in your brand, so you can take several rounds to your client before approval.
Private Label on the EquipmentYour Logo, RAL Colors, Label and Cartons
On OEM and private label orders, your brand goes on the equipment and the packaging. OEM playground equipment and private label playground equipment follow the same drawings and part numbers as every other order; the branding scope on equipment, labels and manuals is confirmed in the quotation.
Part numbers stay on the parts
Every part keeps our part number in the {structure}-{part} format, such as S1-014 on an outdoor structure or T1-014 on a trampoline cell.
Your client sees your brand. Your crew and our project manager see the same part number, which is how a replacement is matched to the original.

Powder-coat colors from the RAL chart; slides, tunnels and roofs in our standard range or custom colors; soft play covers from our standard color chart or custom. Engraving, inlay and print methods are on our custom playground solutions page.

Your crew builds from the same files on every project: step-by-step assembly drawings per structure, footing detail drawings, a tool list, and installation videos cut from your own structure's pre-assembly, filmed in installation order with part numbers in frame.

Repeat orders by structure number
A structure you sold on one project can be ordered again for a new site by its structure number. It needs no redesign beyond adapting to the new site.
A soft play structure sold to one restaurant can go into the next branch the same way. Repeat orders take 20–30 days after drawing approval, the same as the first.

A park structure, a school structure and a soft play area for an indoor client can load together. Each project's carton marks and packing list are kept separate, and loading photos of each container are sent before sealing.
At your warehouse, each project's cartons can be separated and sent to their sites.
Spare parts between orders
Spare parts can be ordered by part number outside a main order. Small parts go by air courier; larger parts ship with your next container.

Replacement Parts Through the DealerFollowing Roof Panel S1-014
Here is one part followed from shipment to a replacement years later, with your brand on it the whole way.
At shipment
At shipment, roof panel S1-014 is 19 mm HDPE with your logo engraved, cut to a CNC file stored in the project file. The structure carries your manufacturer label, the carton carries your label, and the part carries its number.
