Commercial inflatables come in seven types: bounce houses, combo units, dry inflatable slides, inflatable water slides with a landing pool, modular obstacle courses, toddler bouncers and interactive inflatable games.

Inflatables range RP-06 is partner-built and inspected by our QC, and every unit comes with its blowers, a stake and ballast kit and a repair kit.

Every unit carries a such as B1-004, shared by the unit, its blowers and its accessory kit, from the layout you approve to the packing list.

A B number is given to each inflatable when it is drawn on your layout. The same number is printed on the unit, its blowers and its accessory kit, on its data sheet, on its inflation-check photos and on your packing list.

Who builds it and how that partner is approved

Inflatables are made whole by a partner factory. A partner factory supplies our projects only after a factory audit and sample approval, and our QC team, which is independent of production, inspects every partner-built unit against your drawing and spec before loading.

A unit that fails is remade or repaired before it goes into the container.

Every unit on your order is inflated at the partner factory before it is packed, and our QC team watches the check. Sign-off comes from our QC, independent of the factory that built the unit.

When it happens. After the partner factory finishes the unit and before it is folded and packed, one unit at a time, each under its own B number.

When a unit fails

The unit is put on QC hold. Within one business day your project manager sends you photos of the fault and the planned repair. The partner factory repairs or remakes the unit, and it is inflated and checked again with our QC watching. It goes into the container only after it passes.

What you receive

Inflation-check photos with the B number of each unit, sent to you before loading. After loading, photos of each container before sealing. The drawing, part list and packing list stay on file for your project, and that record is what a later repair is matched against.

Units that match the render you approved, a kit that is complete when you open the bag, and photos of your own units before they leave.

Inflatables on Your Layout Footprint, Clear Ceiling Height, Blower Positions and Power Points

Every inflatable is drawn on your layout before it is ordered, so you know it fits your floor or site and where its blowers and power go.

What you send. For an indoor venue: your floor plan with column positions, clear ceiling height, entrances and fire exits. For an outdoor site: the site plan and the ground each unit will stand on, grass or hard surface.

What the design office draws

Each unit's footprint and the clear space around it. Units are placed around your columns and kept clear of the routes to your fire exits, and indoor units sit beside the soft play, trampoline court, ninja course and kiddie rides already on your floor plan.

Each indoor unit's height, taken from its data sheet, is checked against your building's clear ceiling height on the drawing. The blower positions for every unit and the power points they connect to are marked, so your electrician can plan the sockets before the units arrive.

The anchoring is shown for each unit: ground stakes on grass, ballast bags on hard surfaces and indoor floors.

When you receive it

A 2D and 3D layout within 3 working days after we receive your plan. Changes are drawn on the same layout until you approve it, and the approved drawing is what the partner factory builds to and what our QC inspects against.

Who handles it

One project manager holds your layout from approval to loading. The partner factory is scheduled to the same loading date as the rest of your order.

On mixed projects the inflatables go on the same container plan as your soft play, trampoline or outdoor equipment. You see the loading plan before the container is booked. How the design office works is on playground layout design.

Blowers

Each unit ships with blowers matched to it by the partner factory, wired for the voltage and plug of your destination market. The blower count for each unit is on its data sheet, and the blower positions are marked on your layout.

If you source blowers locally to meet your market's electrical rules, you can order the units without blowers; the data sheet still tells you how many blowers each unit takes.

Anchoring

Every unit comes with ground stakes and a ballast bag kit. Stakes are for grass; ballast bags are for hard surfaces and indoor floors where stakes cannot be driven.

The anchor-point count is on the data sheet, and the layout shows how each unit is anchored where it stands.

Printed limits

Commercial Inflatable Water Slides Slide Lane, Spray Line and Landing Pool in One Unit

A commercial water slide from us is a single inflatable unit: climbing lane, platform, slide lane with a spray line, and a landing pool built into its base.

It sets up on a lawn, is anchored with the ground stakes from its kit, and is deflated and packed into its storage bag when the season or the event ends.

01What the unit includes

The same 18 oz (0.55 mm) PVC tarpaulin and quadruple-stitched seams as our other inflatables, reinforced anchor points around the base, and the full accessory kit.

02How it is placed and checked

The design office draws the water slide on your site plan with its footprint, clear space, blower positions, power points and anchoring.

Its data sheet gives its height and the wind, user count and age limits printed on its warning labels. It goes through the same witnessed inflation check as every other unit, with photos under its B number.

03Between uses

The care guide in the kit covers setting up, cleaning, drying and storing the unit between uses.

At the end of the season or the event, the unit is deflated, dried and folded into its storage bag with its kit, under the same B number it arrived with.

B Numbers, Packing and Loading One Number for the Unit, Its Blowers and Its Kit

Every inflatable gets a B number when it is drawn on your layout, such as B1-004. The same number goes on the unit, on its blowers and on its accessory kit, and it is listed on your packing list.

Units are deflated, folded into their storage bags and packed with their kits after they pass the inflation check. They ship by sea in 20GP or 40HQ containers; you see the loading plan before shipment, and receive loading photos of each container before sealing.

On mixed projects, the inflatables share the container plan with the equipment from our workshops.

What the data sheet tells your staff

Each unit's data sheet sets out what the standard asks the operator to know: height, anchor points, blower count, and the wind, user count and age limits printed on its warning labels. Third-party testing can be arranged per project on request.

Local inspection

Local inspection or registration of the units in your market is handled by you, as with permits and inspections for the rest of your site. How we work with each standard on a project is on playground safety standards.

Small tears on site

Every unit ships with a repair kit of PVC patches and adhesive, and the care guide shows how to patch a small tear so the unit is back in use the same day.

Replacement blowers are matched to the unit by its B number and wired for your market's voltage and plug.
