Layout Before Quotation — 2D and 3D Layout in 3 Working Days

From your site plan to a 2D plan and 3D renders. The layout is drawn first and the quotation is built from it, so every line on the quotation is a piece you can see on your site plan.

How the quotation is built

Piece by piece from the layout. Each item carries a material spec sheet — post diameter and wall, coating, panel thickness, rope and fasteners — plus the compliance documents for your standard. Move, add or remove a piece and the quotation is revised to match.

Production starts at drawing approval

20–30 days from your approval. The approved drawing becomes the installation drawing your parts are numbered to, and footing detail drawings for every post are issued from it.

Your project manager keeps drawing and quotation in step through every revision, so a tender board or a landlord sees the same set you approved.

One Supplier, One Project Manager — Workshops and Partner Factories

A mixed project — a park with play structures, surfacing, shade and fitness stations, or an FEC with soft play, trampolines and rides — runs through one project manager who owns the order from the first layout to the loaded container.

Partner-built lines: commercial inflatables, electric kiddie rides and bumper cars, splash pad nozzles and manifolds, surfacing materials, shade sail fabric, and trampoline jump beds and springs. Our QC team inspects them before loading, and their production dates are scheduled to the same loading date as our own workshops.

Parts finished and coated

Pre-assembly starts once the steel, rotomolded, HDPE and rope parts for your structure are finished and coated. It is the third of four QC checkpoints.

STEP 2 · BUILT

Built to the approved drawing

The QC team, independent of production, builds the structure in the yard to the approved drawing — the same drawing your installer will receive.

STEP 3 · CHECKED

Checked connection by connection

A part that fails is corrected in the factory and refitted before the structure comes apart, so the fix is made in our yard, not on your site. The QC team signs off the assembled structure before disassembly.

Disassembled and numbered

At the numbering and labeling station every part is numbered to your installation drawing: the number on the part, on the drawing and on the packing list is the same.
