Ninja course equipment for indoor venues and outdoor sites: steel rigs, hanging obstacles, warped walls, landing mats and timing systems, drawn as one course on one drawing of your venue or site. Every obstacle below can go on the same rig, drawing and quotation.
Rigs, hang bars, wheel mounts and warped-wall frames come from our steel fabrication workshop; padding and landing mats from our soft play sewing workshop. Grips and holds, the warped-wall face and the timing electronics come from partner factories and are checked by our QC team before loading.

Salmon ladders are drawn on the teen & adult line; the line and difficulty color of every other obstacle are set on your drawing. Landing mats and frame padding for every obstacle are cut and covered in our soft play sewing workshop, sized to the rig.
Drawn for FEC founders adding a ninja course to their floor, trampoline parks running a ninja line beside their courts, ninja gym operators who re-arrange their course through the year, parks and schools installing outdoor obstacle rigs, and dealers selling under their own brand.
A ninja gym changes its course through the year to keep members training. The rig is drawn with every hang point numbered, so obstacles can be moved to other hang points and new obstacles added to the same rig.
The ninja line usually runs beside the jump courts and the foam pit. Courts and the ninja course share one installation drawing: courts carry T numbers, the ninja course carries N numbers. See trampoline park equipment.

Outdoor obstacle rigs use the same obstacle line in our Ø114 mm galvanized, powder-coated steel system. School placement by grade band is on school playground equipment.

Each buyer type gets a different layout, and the drawing reflects how the course will be used.
A ninja course from us is a steel rig with hang points, and a set of obstacles that hang on those points. Both are numbered, and that numbering is what lets you re-arrange the course, add to it or replace one obstacle without redrawing the rig.
Rig frames are built in our steel fabrication workshop from the approved drawing. Indoor frames are hot-dip galvanized, exposed parts powder coated in the RAL color you choose; outdoor rigs use our Ø114 mm, 3.0 mm wall galvanized and powder-coated tube.
Along the top of the rig, hang points are set at a fixed pitch shown on your drawing. Because the pitch is fixed, an obstacle that hangs on one point can hang on another point of the same rig.
Each hang point gets a part number in the format {structure}-{part}, for example N1-006: ninja course N1, hang point 006. Frame sections, wheel mounts and the warped-wall frame are numbered the same way.
Each obstacle, its hang bar and its hardware carry their own part numbers, so your course arrangement is written on the drawing as obstacle numbers against hang point numbers.

To change the course, you move obstacles to other hang points on the same rig. The new arrangement is a new list of obstacle numbers against hang point numbers. Every obstacle hangs from the same shackles and swivels, so moving one does not need new hardware.
Your drawing and part list stay on our project file, so a new arrangement can be drawn with the same numbers.
You receive the installation drawing with every hang point and every obstacle numbered, the part list, and a packing list keyed to the same numbers. When the container is opened, obstacle numbers on the parts match hang point numbers on the drawing.
What this gives a ninja gym operator: a course you can change in-house, and new obstacles that fit a rig you already own.
Every hanging obstacle on the course uses the same hardware. Enlarged below is hang point N1-006 with the rings N1-022; the table shows what connects each obstacle to the rig and who makes it.
Rings, balls and floating steps turn on their swivels; spinning wheels and rotating obstacles turn on sealed bearings in wheel mounts from our steel workshop. Because every obstacle uses the same shackle, swivel and cable at its hang point, the hardware you hold as spares fits the whole course.

Every hanging obstacle carries a secondary safety cable in addition to its shackle and swivel. It ships with the obstacle, carries the obstacle's part number, and is shown on the installation drawing for that hang point.
Partner-built in PU or resin and checked by our QC team against the drawing and spec before loading, like every partner-built item. Each grip set has its own part number, so worn grips can be replaced on their own.

A shackle, cable, grip set or wheel mount that fails goes on QC hold, and you hear from your project manager within one business day with photos and the fix. Failed partner-built grips or wall faces are remade or replaced and checked again before packing.

Indoor ninja course frames are trial-assembled in our pre-assembly yard, like our soft play and trampoline frames: the QC team checks hole positions and connections on the assembled rig. The full sequence is on how we build playgrounds. On a ninja course, one step is added: every obstacle is hung.
With the rig assembled, each obstacle is hung on the hang point it is numbered to on your drawing, with its own shackle, swivel and secondary safety cable. Obstacle N1-022 goes on the hang point the drawing assigns to it, and nowhere else.
Each hung obstacle is photographed with its part number visible, together with the hang point it hangs on. The photos are sent to you before packing: comments you raise on the photos are dealt with before the rig is packed.
Every obstacle has already hung once on its own point before it leaves our yard.
You receive trial-assembly photos of the rig and of every obstacle on its hang point, with numbers visible; your installer can use them as a reference on site. You can also book a factory visit while your rig is in the yard and see your own course hung against your drawing.

Every obstacle carries a sign color-coded to one of three difficulty levels: green, blue or red. The level of each obstacle is shown on the drawing, so your staff can see the difficulty of the course from the plan and arrange it for beginners, members or competition nights.
A venue can run a kids' line and a teen & adult line side by side on the same rig system, each with its own obstacles and its own section of hang points. Each line can be re-arranged on its own hang points.
Outdoors, obstacle rigs for 5–12 are drawn to ASTM F1487 or EN 1176, and teen and adult areas can sit next to our 13+ outdoor fitness equipment.
Landing mats and frame padding for your course are cut and covered in our soft play sewing workshop, sized to the rig and the obstacles on your drawing.
The layout draws a landing mat area under the obstacles of the course, and the mats are cut to that area.
Each mat carries a part number keyed to the course number, for example an N1 mat for course N1, and is listed on the packing list.
Incoming checks on foam and PVC leather are the same as for soft play; see indoor playground equipment.
Rig posts and frame sections that users can reach are padded. Each pad is cut to the frame section it covers and numbered to it, and pads are test-fitted on sample sections of the trial-assembled rig.
Mat and pad colors come from our standard color chart, with custom colors on request. Venue or dealer logos can be added.
Ninja course frames have been cut and welded in our steel fabrication workshop since 2018, in the same workshop that has built our outdoor play structures since 2012.
The same obstacle line is built two ways, and the drawing shows which one your course uses.
Indoor rigs are floor-standing frames anchored to the floor slab. The anchor points are marked on the drawing for your structural engineer to confirm.
Part of the rig is hung from building beams only where your structural engineer confirms it. The rig is trial-assembled in our yard, and every obstacle is hung once before packing.
Outdoor rigs are built in our Ø114 mm, 3.0 mm wall tube, hot-dip galvanized then polyester powder coated, with 304 stainless tamper-resistant fasteners.
Posts are set in concrete by default, with anchor-bolt base plates as an option; rigs for the 5–12 line are drawn to ASTM F1487 or EN 1176.
Like every outdoor structure we make, an outdoor obstacle rig is fully pre-assembled in our yard with every connection checked. The QC team signs off before it is taken apart and numbered, and you receive a pre-assembly video with close views of the connections and part numbers.
Surfacing under outdoor rigs is drawn on the same layout; partner-supplied rubber tiles or poured-in-place EPDM are chosen by fall height. See playground surfacing and playground equipment installation.
Every ninja course drawing names the standard it is drawn to, so your insurer, inspector or local authority can read it before you approve.
Indoor ninja courses are drawn to the standard named for your project: you tell us the standard your venue, insurer or authority requires, and the design office draws the course to it.
In a trampoline park, the courts follow ASTM F2970 and the ninja line on the same floor follows the project standard.
